At Naturtint USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused items are eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please retain your tracking information until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
